Another morning, another FREE coffee!

Eric Lopez March 5, 2026

We believe business should create impact beyond transactions. Homes matter. Community matters more. That’s why we partnered with ThreeSixty Coffee to host a simple but meaningful community giveback: free coffee for anyone who stopped by - no catch, no sales pitch - just genuine connection.

Why ThreeSixty Coffee?

ThreeSixty Coffee isn’t just another coffee shop. It’s a local gathering place where conversations happen, friendships grow, and small businesses support one another. As a locally owned shop serving the Vancouver area, their values align perfectly with ours: service, excellence, and community-first thinking.

When you walk into ThreeSixty, you feel it immediately - warm atmosphere, intentional design, and baristas who know customers by name. It’s the kind of place that makes a neighborhood stronger.

The Giveback Concept

The idea was straightforward:

Free coffee, courtesy of our real estate team - served with a business card.

That’s it.

No obligation. No pressure. Just a handshake, a smile, and a cup of exceptional coffee. If someone needed real estate guidance now or in the future, they had our contact information. If not, they still left with something valuable.

In an industry where marketing often feels transactional, we wanted to do something relational.

What Makes It Special

  • Local residents connecting face-to-face

  • Conversations about the neighborhood, not just property

  • Supporting a small business while serving the community

  • Creating visibility in a way that felt authentic

This wasn’t about advertising. It was about presence.

As a luxury real estate broker serving the Pacific Northwest, I understand that trust is built long before someone is ready to buy or sell. Events like this allow us to show up consistently - not when we need something, but when we can give something.

Our Vision

Real estate is hyper-local. Markets shift, inventory changes, interest rates fluctuate - but community is constant.

When we invest in local businesses like ThreeSixty Coffee, we strengthen the ecosystem that makes Vancouver such an incredible place to live. Supporting small businesses keeps dollars circulating locally, creates jobs, and preserves the character of our neighborhoods.

This giveback is just one example of how we plan to continue serving beyond listings and closings.

A huge thank you to the team at ThreeSixty Coffee for partnering with us and helping execute a seamless, welcoming event. Their hospitality and craftsmanship elevated the entire experience.

And to everyone who stopped by for a cup - thank you. Whether we talked real estate, local schools, market trends, or just life — we appreciate you.

If you missed this one, don’t worry. More community events are coming soon.

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just in the business of selling homes.

We’re in the business of building community.
