I'm Nick Scott, a licensed WA Realtor, and I came to Washington for the same reason most people

want to stay: the land here is unlike anywhere else. From the Cascades to the coast, I've explored the

forests and neighborhoods that make Southwest Washington one of the most livable corners of the

Pacific Northwest.

Beyond real estate, I'm a biologist and endurance athlete — two things that have taught me patience,

persistence, and how to keep moving when the path gets hard. When I’m not helping clients find their

next place, I’m usually training for a triathlon, hiking my next summit or hanging out by the river. I

bring that same energy to helping clients from all walks of life find their next favorite place to be.
